Best Dressed (in my humble opinion):

Ginnifer Goodwin - minus those shoes.  I don't mean to be catty, but those shoes are Madonna's fingerless lace gloves from the 1980's.......with a heel.

But only because her dress was......the most interesting (does anyone else feel like they've seen this dress before?)
