Day 4: The Little Black Dress

The Little Black Dress.  Need I say more?

I must say more, but only because this fabulous LBD is from the Jennifer Lopez collection (see the other JL for Kohls outfit I reviewed here.)  I love it. The fabric is nice and thick (let's see how it stands up to the test of wear and time, though) and the fit really is impeccable.  There are a thousand different ways to dress it up and down and I love the feminine pleated skirt!  This dress + Jennifer Lopez = two things I never thought I would see (or like.)

Dress: Jennifer Lopez for Kohls
Top: Old Navy
Belt: Target
Shoes: Nine West (via Nordstrom)
Ring: Banana Republic
Sunglasses: Merona (via Target)

This post is also brought to you by Bloggers Do It Better.

p.s. Please excuse the pasty white legs.  I didn't realize they looked like that, lol!  Oh, the Horror!

Jealous! I may just have to give in and buy the dress online sometime--I've checked three Kohl's and no luck. I love how you styled it for everyday wear, too. It's nice that you don't have to save it just for a special occasion.

Thanks - I think it's an ISO problem on my camera (that is so much easier to fix than pasty legs, lol!)

Thanks! I'm thinking it's time for Kohl's to officially become a sponsor.

I'm just happy to have restyled it in a not so Jennifer Lopez way. I don't want to look like I'm part of her campaign.....I want my own campaign, lol!

Thanks! I'm wondering if there is anyone who DOESN'T have this Old Navy top, lol! It's always fun to see how everyone styles the same top in different ways. Gosh, we are all just so darn creative ;)

I'm new to your blog and new to BDIB! The dress looks adorable on you! I saw a skinny leopard print belt eons ago and now I'm kicking myself for not getting it!!!

I know the expression "lol" is used a lot, but truly this comment had me laughing out loud. The Mr even asked me what was so funny. I had to go back and take a look at the photos because you got me paranoid that there migh be white panty anythings.....lol!
