This Time Last Year

Almost a year has passed since I posted about the baseball game that didn't happen, and the cancer that did.

This dress was what I featured in the post. 

With about a forty-five degree difference in temperature.

Why yes, I do always swing my arms wildly as I walk.

I even do a little skip-jump sometimes.

Day 1:  I handle stress by organizing everything. 

p.s. Wow.  Who was that girl in the post nearly a year ago??  I'd like to think I've learned a lot, but I know I've still got more to learn!

Pantone's Tangerine Tango

Pantone has named Tangerine Tango as 2012's color of the year.  I grabbed a few items from my closet:

Poor indoor lighting aside (and an alarming amount of wrinkles)......check your Old Navy for the bright orange coat on the far right.  They have them marked down to $32.99 $24.97, and the clearance is an additional 30% off right now!  I actually snagged mine last week when the clearance was an additional 40% off and used my $10/20 Groupon to get this coat for about $10.  Have you gotten any great end-of-season deals yet?

Bright Lights Ahead (more than just the Golden Globes, I promise!)

I named Ginnifer Goodwin as the best dressed at the people's choice awards.  Today, I would nominate Natalie Portman and her perfectly hued Lanvin gown:
